Solutions Risk Management LLC ("Solutions Risk Management," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and provides life insurance consultation and brokerage services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect only what you give us and what we need in order to respond to you:

  • Contact information you enter in the chat widget on this site: your name and mobile phone number.
  • Details you choose to provide about your insurance needs, such as your state of residence and the type of coverage you are interested in.
  • Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and the date and time of your submission. We keep this alongside your form submission as a record of the consent you gave.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. We do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or medical records through this website.

How we use your information

  • To service your policy if you are an existing client, and to respond to a request for a quote or a consultation.
  • To contact you by phone, email, or SMS text message about your policy or that inquiry, using only the contact methods you gave us and only to the extent you consented.
  • To keep the records a licensed insurance producer is required to keep, including records of communications consent.

SMS text messaging

If you are an existing policyholder, we may text you at the number on your policy record about your own policy. If you check the SMS consent box in our chat widget, you agree to receive text messages from Solutions Risk Management LLC at the mobile number you provided, about your insurance inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile information

No mobile information will be sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked us to send. Your mobile phone number and your SMS consent stay with Solutions Risk Management LLC and the service providers described below, who act only on our instructions.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to run this website and communicate with you: a website and customer relationship management platform that hosts this page and stores form submissions, and a telecommunications provider that delivers our email and text messages. These vendors process your information only on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

If you ask us to obtain a quote or submit an application on your behalf, we share the information you provided with the insurance carrier or underwriter relevant to the coverage you asked about. That sharing happens only at your request. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with carriers for marketing.

We disclose information when required by law, by subpoena, or by a regulator with authority over licensed insurance producers.

Your choices

  • Stop email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email [email protected].
  • Access, correct, or delete your information: email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Retention and security

We keep form submissions and consent records for as long as state insurance recordkeeping rules require, and then delete them. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
