These terms govern the text messaging program operated by Solutions Risk Management LLC ("Solutions Risk Management," "we," "us," or "our"). By checking the SMS consent box in the chat widget on this website, you agree to these terms.
Solutions Risk Management LLC sends text messages in two situations. If you are an existing policyholder, we message you about your own policy: servicing questions, document requests, annual policy reviews, and arranging times to speak. If you contacted us through the chat widget on this website, we respond to that inquiry. Messages are conversational and specific to you. We do not send promotional blasts, sweepstakes, or offers.
If you are an existing policyholder, you provided your mobile number and agreed to be contacted about your policy when you applied for coverage through your producer. Otherwise, you opt in by entering your mobile phone number in the chat widget on this website and checking the SMS consent box shown there. That box is never pre-checked. Your consent, along with the date, time, and the wording of the disclosure you agreed to, is stored with your submission.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of, or authorized user for, the mobile number you enter.
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Most people receive a handful of messages while their inquiry is active. We do not send recurring scheduled messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Solutions Risk Management LLC does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply according to your plan.
Reply STOP to any message from us to end all text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You may also email [email protected] or call (816) 573-2863 to be removed. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email or phone contact; tell us if you want those stopped as well.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and most other US wireless carriers. Carriers are not responsible for the content of our messages.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked us to send. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how we use it.
We may update these terms and will post the current version on this page with a new effective date.
